Monthly subscriptions:

• Are billed automatically
• May be canceled at any time
• Are non-refundable for partial billing cycles

Judging Tickets

Tickets are refundable ONLY if:

• A judge fails to respond within 72 hours
• Technical error prevents submission

Tickets are non-refundable once:

• A judge has delivered critique

Bundle discounts are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
