Welcome to Compulsory Corner (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, tools, judging services, marketplace, or community features (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Platform Purpose

Compulsory Corner is an educational and organizational platform designed to assist athletes, coaches, parents, and judges in:

• Building and tracking gymnastics routines
• Accessing a skill library
• Submitting routines for judging review
• Participating in community discussions
• Purchasing judging tickets

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by USA Gymnastics (USAG).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.

You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login
• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Routine Builder Disclaimer

The Routine Builder is an educational estimation tool.

Start values and scoring logic:

• Are based on publicly available guidelines
• May not reflect official competition results
• Do not guarantee a 10.0 start value in competition

Users remain responsible for verifying rules with official governing bodies.

5. Judging Services

Judging reviews provided through the Platform:

• Are educational critiques
• Are not official meet scores
• Do not replace sanctioned competition judging

Ticket purchases are for critique services only.

We do not guarantee specific score outcomes.

6. Payments & Tickets

Tickets:

• Are non-transferable
• Must be used within [X months]
• Are refundable only if a judge fails to respond within the stated timeframe

Bundle discounts are offered at our discretion.

All payments are final unless stated in our Refund Policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to disrupt platform functionality

Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, tools, and structure are property of Compulsory Corner.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Compulsory Corner is not liable for:

• Competition results
• Judging disagreements
• Injuries related to gymnastics
• Marketplace transactions between users

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
